Most of these cookies are inspired from my childhood memories. I remember making them with my mom, or having an “Occhio di Bue” cookie as breakfast with a cappuccino.

Pizzicotti alle Mandorle
These almond cookies are everybody’s favorites! Sweet, soft, with a delicate lemon flavor.
Ingredients: almonds, sugar, egg whites, lemon

Biscottini di Pasta Frolla
These mini biscotti are simple but delicious. Made with my mom’s short crust pastry recipe. Excellent with coffee, cappuccino, hot cocoa or tea.

Occhio di Bue
Double cookies with a delicious filling of Nutella or any flavor of jam you like. Heart, flower or star shape decoration. Perfect as an afternoon snack, with tea or coffee. Multiple shapes available.

Mix of Italian Biscotti
A mix of almond cookies (pizzicotti), Occhio di bue, and mini pasta frolla biscotti, to satisfy every taste!
Great as a Christmas gift. Shapes and jam flavors can be customized.

Super healthy vegan cookies. These crunchy, delicious cookies are made with oats and nuts. Great source of Omega 3.
Perfect with almond milk.
