Francesca was born in Trieste, a town in the Northeast of Italy overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. She spent most of her life in Torino, an elegant town located next to the Alps in Northwest of Italy.

She is an environmental engineer. She moved to Louisiana in 2015 to work on the restoration and preservation of Louisiana coast and environment.

She likes to cook for her friends. She loves to bake and decorate cakes. She follows simple Italian recipes, likes to experiment and try new flavors.
