Simple cake, pie, or cookie orders require 4 day notice. For customized cakes or large orders (> 4 items), one week notice is required. I deliver in New Orleans and, if requested, in Baton Rouge.
This is a home-based baking business. Ingredients are listed for all baked goods. Might contain nuts, wheat, milk or dairy, eggs. All baked goods are prepared in a cottage food operation that is not subject to routine government food safety inspections.
